Peanut Butter Banana Chia Smoothie (dairy/gluten/refined sugar free)
If there is one snack that my son asks for on a regular basis it is this smoothie. He loves to have a banana with peanut butter for a bed time snack but once he had a sip of this smoothie he was in love. My husband loves it too and is super impressed with the flavors and how much it tastes like a real milkshake. The key is to use frozen bananas. It just doesn't taste the same with room temperature bananas so make sure to stick some in the freezer before you plan on enjoying this cold treat!

- 1 frozen bananas (cut in half)
- 3 Tbs natural peanut butter (no added sugars)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
- 2 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup cold almond milk
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into your Vitamix or high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
