The Best Paleo Pancakes
Here is my super simple paleo pancake recipe that is sure to impress even those picky eaters. I usually make up a double batch of these every week for a quick breakfast. You can add blueberries, chocolate chips, or any other desired topping.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- add ins of choice
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, tapioca, baking powder and a dash of sea salt.
- Add in the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Heat grass-fed butter in a skillet over medium heat and pour in batter.
- Let cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Continue with remaining batter.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
