Easy Paleo Ribs
These ribs are without a doubt one of our favorite dinner meals. My son absolutely loves ribs and I was always pretty intimidated to make them. This recipe is so delicious, and even foolproof! What's not to love? We like the dry rub but you can add your favorite BBQ sauce at the very end to grill or broil in the oven if you like.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs coconut sugar
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 1 tbs smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 rack baby back ribs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the coconut sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and sea salt. Mix well.
- Dry the ribs off and peel the membrane off the back side.
- Rub down with the dry mixture on both sides.
- Place on sheet tray and bake for 3 hours, uncovered.
- Optional- grill on high heat for 3 minutes a side, just to give them a char.
