Healthy Pumpkin Dip







It is hard to believe this recipe is only 4 ingredients and has no dairy or refined sugar!  I am a sucker for a good pumpkin dip with apples.  It takes only 5 minutes to make and is the perfect fall snack.  This pumpkin dip is also kid approved!


Paleo Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients:


  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 can pumpkin
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup 

Instructions:
  1. Whip all ingredients together in a mixer or blender until you get a whipped cream texture.
  2. Refrigerate for 2 hours before enjoying!
