Pineapple Orange Coconut Smoothie


This is the perfect smoothie to sip on a hot summer day!  It is such a delicious combination of fruits and the added coconut milk gives it a yummy and tropical flavor.  The recipe calls for almond milk or coconut milk and I typically use 1/2 cup of each.  My son can't get enough of this smoothie which suprised me since he doesn't love the taste of coconut.  It is not a predominant flavor in this smoothie at all so don't let that deter you if you aren't wild about coconut either.  


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • few drops liquid vanilla stevia

Instructions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Enjoy!
